Salvador was involved in a crash earlier that morning, when his Chrysler Pacifica collided with a roadside guardrail. After the crash, Salvador exited his vehicle and was standing on the left side of the road near Exit 21 when a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder, traveling in the left lane, veered right to avoid the disabled van but tragically struck Salvador.
Despite the driver’s efforts to avoid the collision, Salvador was fatally struck, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred around 4:15 a.m., leaving his family, friends, and the greater community to mourn the loss of a man whose life was suddenly and unexpectedly taken.
Salvador’s family and friends describe him as a kind and caring individual, someone who always put others first and who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His untimely passing has left a void that cannot be filled, and our hearts go out to his loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the circumstances of the crash, and authorities continue to work to understand the sequence of events that led to Salvador’s tragic death.
