RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for 1-year-old Iris Everly-Marie Fargis, who has been reported missing in Randolph County.
Iris is described as a white female toddler, standing about 2’1” tall and weighing 23 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing an orange Halloween shirt with a white ghost on the front, along with black tights patterned with jack-o’-lanterns, lollipops, and worms.
Investigators believe Iris is with 26-year-old Tyler Ray Toodle, a white male, 6 feet tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Toodle has acne scars on his face and several tattoos, including “336” on his left arm, “Respect” and a red dollar sign on his right forearm, and “My Sisters Protector” on his left arm.
Authorities say the two may be traveling in a black 2018 Honda Civic with dark tinted windows and North Carolina license plate JMS-6500. The vehicle was last connected to the area of 751 Hanner Road in Randleman, and officials say the pair may also have ties to Sampson, Caswell, and Alamance counties.
Law enforcement stresses this is an active child abduction case, and Toodle is wanted in connection with Iris’s disappearance.
Anyone who sees Iris, Toodle, or the suspect vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately.
