Carter, a student at Millville Area School District, was found deceased on the morning of Thursday, September 18, 2025, from a fatal gunshot wound. His passing has left the community, his family, and his friends grappling with grief and disbelief.
Carter was a young man full of promise, known for his kindness, generosity, and the joy he brought to those around him. His tragic death, now officially ruled a homicide by the Columbia County Coroner’s Office, has left a deep and painful void in the hearts of everyone who knew him.
