It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Christopher Skinner, 40, of Plainfield, Vermont, who lost his life in a motorcycle accident on the evening of Tuesday, September 23, in Marshfield.
According to Vermont State Police, the crash occurred around 9:30 p.m. on Route 2 near Onion River Road. Chris was traveling eastbound when he was unable to safely navigate a turn and tragically went off the road. He was found unresponsive at the scene and was later pronounced deceased.
Christopher was more than just a rider—he was a beloved son, friend, and member of the community. Those who knew him remember his free spirit, kind heart, and love for the open road. His passion for motorcycles was matched only by the care he showed to those around him. His presence brought light to the lives of many, and his absence leaves a profound void.
