In Loving Memory of Douglas Craddock and Tavianna Ellegant

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the tragic passing of Douglas Craddock, 31, and Tavianna Ellegant, 24, both of Long Beach, Mississippi. Their lives were cut short Tuesday evening in a devastating accident in Pass Christian when an Amtrak train struck their vehicle.

Douglas, remembered for his strength, loyalty, and warmth, touched countless lives with his kind spirit and steady presence. Tavianna, full of light, love, and laughter, brought joy to everyone around her. Together, they embodied compassion, resilience, and a love for life that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew them.

While Douglas was rushed to the hospital following the crash, he later passed away from his injuries. Tavianna was pronounced at the scene. The heartbreaking loss of both so suddenly has left family, friends, and the Long Beach community grieving deeply.

Though their earthly journey ended too soon, Douglas and Tavianna’s memory will live on through the love they shared and the lives they touched. They will never be forgotten and will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved them most.
