It’s with profound sorrow that we share the tragic passing of Schyler Oldham, a beloved senior at Hart County High School. On Thursday morning, Schyler was involved in a fatal crash on Interstate 65 near the Bonnieville exit. Despite the swift response from Kentucky State Police, Hart County EMS, local fire departments, and other emergency personnel, Schyler was pronounced deceased at the scene. The incident has left the entire Hart County community in deep mourning.
Friends, classmates, and teachers describe Schyler as a kind-hearted, compassionate young man with tremendous potential and a bright future ahead. His sudden and untimely death has shocked all who knew him, and the loss is felt profoundly throughout the community. Schyler was more than a student; he was a friend, a son, and a young man full of promise whose life ended far too soon.
