Tevin was struck by a vehicle while standing in the southbound lane of Dorset Road, just south of Genito Road. Emergency responders arrived promptly, but Tevin was pronounced deceased at the scene. His family has been notified and is grieving this profound loss.
Authorities have confirmed that the driver, Edward Clayton Firestone II, 36, was not injured, remained at the scene, and cooperated fully with investigators. The investigation is ongoing, including review of roadway conditions and toxicology reports.
