With heavy hearts, we share the tragic passing of Jeffrey Allen Flood, age 40, of Boring, Oregon, who lost his life in a devastating vehicle crash in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 20, 2025.
Jeffrey was traveling eastbound on Interstate 84 near milepost 24 in Multnomah County when his vehicle was struck head-on by another car driving the wrong direction. The crash caused Jeffrey’s vehicle to catch fire, and he was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene.
Jeffrey was a devoted son, a loyal friend, and a cherished member of his community. Known for his warmth, intelligence, and easy sense of humor, he touched the lives of many with his compassion and integrity. Whether he was helping a neighbor, spending time with family, or pursuing his passions, Jeffrey brought thoughtfulness and heart to everything he did.
This heartbreaking and senseless loss has left his loved ones and all who knew him in deep mourning. His absence is felt profoundly, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
As authorities continue their investigation, we focus on remembering the man Jeffrey was—kind, steady, and full of life. His journey on earth may have ended far too soon, but his spirit remains with us, carried in every memory, every story, and every moment he helped create.
We extend our deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and community during this time of grief. May you find comfort in one another and peace in remembering the love Jeffrey shared so freely.
Rest in peace, Jeffrey. You are dearly missed and forever loved.
