KENDRICK, [State] — Kendrick High School mourn the passing of Mr. Harrold E. Hines, a beloved mathematics teacher who dedicated 24 years to educating and inspiring students.
Mr. Hines served as Mathematics Department Chairperson, National Honor Society sponsor, Math Team sponsor, and a member of the school’s Senior Committee. Throughout his career, he was recognized for his excellence in teaching, including being selected as Teacher of the Year and the Sara Spano Teacher.
“Kendrick High has lost a cherished educator and mentor. Mr. Hines touched countless lives with his wisdom and unwavering dedication to his students. His influence extended far beyond the classroom, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him,” the school said in a statement.
Students, colleagues, and the community remember Mr. Hines not only for his skill and dedication as an educator but also for his kindness, leadership, and passion for learning. His legacy will live on through the countless students he inspired over more than two decades.
