CHICAGO — A man has been arrested in connection with the horrific killing of 36-year-old Antoinette Congo, who was found shot and set on fire earlier this week.

Police say 65-year-old Gregory Huddson was taken into custody in Roseland just hours after Congo’s body was discovered inside a burning garage on the 6500 block of South Damen Avenue in Englewood on Wednesday, September 11.

Huddson is now facing a series of serious charges, including first-degree murder, arson, kidnapping, and assault.

Authorities confirmed he is expected to make his first court appearance on Saturday, September 14.
