With deep sorrow, we share the passing of Samantha Gaydon, 59, of Rayville, Louisiana, who tragically lost her life following a two-vehicle crash in Richland Parish on Tuesday morning, September 16, 2025.
According to Louisiana State Police, Samantha was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer when the vehicle was struck at the intersection of U.S. Highway 425 and Louisiana Highway 135. Despite being properly restrained and quickly transported to a local hospital, she later succumbed to her injuries.
Samantha’s sudden passing is an immeasurable loss to her family, friends, and community. She will be remembered for the love she gave, the kindness she shared, and the lasting memories she created with those who knew her best.
As her loved ones grieve, may they find comfort in the time shared with her and strength in the impact she left behind. Samantha’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
