It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of 37-year-old Miguel Arellano Perez of Hubbard, Oregon, who tragically lost his life in an early morning car crash on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
The crash occurred just before 3 a.m. near the 10700 block of Crosby Road Northeast in Woodburn. When first responders arrived, they found a heavily damaged sedan. Miguel, the driver of the vehicle, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two passengers were also in the car at the time of the crash. One was transported by Life Flight with serious injuries, and the other was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the cause of the accident, and Crosby Road NE was closed for several hours during the response.
Miguel’s unexpected passing has left a profound void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew him. He is remembered for the life he lived, and the love he gave to those around him.
